All prices on this site are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank transfers. COD shipments are not accepted. Certain corporate accounts may qualify for purchases on B2B Account – please contact us for details.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged at the applicable rates based on current regulations. Currently, sales tax will be charged to Nevada, California, and Tennessee customers without a resale number on file with CTgrow LLC.
Does CTgrow ship internationally?
Yes, CTgrow does ship internationally. Please see the INTERNATIONAL section below for more information.
When can I expect delivery?
For every item on our site, we note the estimated Availability. Where items are In Stock, they usually ship no later than the next 2 business days. You must then allow transit time to your location for an additional 2-6 business days. Where items are not stocking items, please contact us for an updated estimate of availability.
When will my order be shipped from CTgrow?
Orders received on weekdays before 6 p.m. Eastern time are shipped the same day (subject to credit approval and stock availability). Orders received on weekends or U.S. holidays will ship on the next business day. Some items are stocked at our satellite warehouse. These items typically require 2-3 extra days to ship. You can check availability on the product page, which will tell you how many days until we can ship your order after receipt of order (ARO).

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Login to your CTgrow account on our website and visit the (My orders) area. When you inquire about the status of your order, we pass tracking information to the courier and provide you the results.
Product Returns
Return any product to us with 30 days of the original shipping date and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, less a 15% handling fee. Please submit a product return request by email tosales@ctgrow.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. We require all returns to have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your bill or credit card. Shipping charges for any product return are the responsibility of the customer. All returned parts will be inspected for use or shipping damage and the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. Freight Damage -IMPORTANT !!!-
Shipments should be thoroughly inspected the customer (you) as soon as received and PRIOR TO SIGNING THE RECEIPT. The signed RECEIPT is your acknowledgment to the carrier that goods have all been received and are in good condition. If any of the goods called for on the RECEIPT are shorted or damaged, consignees should not accept them until the carrier makes a notation on the freight bill of the shorted or damaged goods. The consignee needs to inspect the shipment for Concealed Damage. YOU MUST NOTIFY FREIGHT CARRIER AT ONCE if any significant hidden loss or damage outside of normal handling abrasions and marks is discovered after receipt and request the carrier to make an inspection within 48 hours. If the carrier is unable to do so, prepare a signed statement to the effect that you have notified the carrier (on a specific date) and that the carrier has failed to comply with your request (name of the person you talk to, date and time of the conversation). NOTE THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO COLLECT FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE AFTER YOU HAVE GIVEN THE CARRIER A CLEAR RECEIPT. File your claim with the carrier promptly and support your claim with a cargo loss and damage claim form, copies of the Receipt, freight bill, product invoice, photographs, and inspection claim given to you by the inspector after the inspection is done. Note that CTgrow's willingness to assist in helping you process your claim does not make CTgrow responsible for the collection of claims or replacement of lost or damaged materials.
What happens if a package has the wrong address?
For orders placed online, any error in the address that results in a charge from the freight courier is the responsibility of the customer. CTgrow LLC reserves the right to charge these fees once we are notified by the courier. Fees will be charged to the same account or credit card used for the original order.
USPS has my package but they haven't delivered it. Why?
Please contact the courier using the contact information above to find more information about the status of your package.
Will CTgrow LLC pay for return shipping of defective merchandise?
No, CTgrow LLC does not pay return shipping costs. All products returned to CTgrow LLC must be prepaid. We will, however, be happy to replace your defective item at no charge (within the product's warranty period). You are responsible for paying for return shipping. In the event that we conclude, the product is defective within the product's warranty period, we will credit the cost of ground shipping back to you.
What are your shipping rates?
Our system evaluates rates from USPS and will return the least expensive freight option depending on the delivery location and package weight. Customers can override the least expensive option by selecting one of the Standard or Express rates.
What should I do if an item is missing from my shipment?
First, check that you've received all the boxes associated with your order. Then empty each box you received; sometimes small parts get caught in crevices or in packing material. If you still can't find your item, please call CTgrow LLC Customer Service at 1-203-496-6210.
What should I do if my package is damaged, tampered with, misdelivered, or lost?
For damaged, tampered with and misdelivered packages, please call Customer Service within three days of your delivery date. For lost packages, please call Customer Service at 1-203-496-6210 within two weeks of your expected delivery date.

Does CTgrow LLC deliver to APO/FPO addresses?
We deliver to both APO and FPO addresses. Just select USPS as the courier of your package when ordering. Please be aware that APO and FPO orders may take longer to process and ship.

How can I pay for an order from outside of the US?
All international orders must be prepaid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Please do not send cash. You must purchase at least $100 for all international orders. CTgrow LLC cannot accept letters of credit as a form of payment. For credit card orders, please include the name on card and credit card billing address.
How does international shipping work?
Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on the size and weight of your package, your preference, and insurance availability. CTgrow LLC will apply actual shipping charges on all foreign orders. All returns that meet postal requirements must be sent prepaid via air parcel post. All courier shipments to Canada and Mexico require a certificate of origin. CTgrow LLC will provide a certificate of origin for a $25 processing fee. Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values. CTgrow makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations, and laws for export compliance.

How can I track my International order once it has shipped?
Togin to your CTgrow account on our website and visit the (My orders) area. When you inquire about the status of your International order, we pass tracking information to the courier and provide you the results.
What about taxes or duties in my country? Who is responsible for those?
For all international orders, the customer (you) is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, fees, and duties. Due to the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide quotes or estimates of these amounts. Contact your local customs department with any questions. Unfortunately, import taxes can be quite high in some countries - as much as several times the order value. After your order has shipped, if you refuse to pay the duties/taxes, or refuse delivery of your shipment, your government will keep the package. It will not be returned to us, and you will not receive any refund of any kind.
Denied Persons or Entities list(s)
CTgrow LLC makes best efforts to screen orders using the Denied Persons or Entities list(s) in addition to CTgrow LLC's own "banned" list for high-risk locations and to reduce fraud. USPS uses software systems for all of its denied party screening requirements that search over 30 excluded party lists taken from both U.S. and international sources. These systems identify, investigate, and halt shipments to questionable parties immediately upon entry into USPS's shipping systems.
CTgrow LLC does not ship to the following locations:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine
Additionally, CTgrow LLC currently does not ship to*:
