The HYD-4 Pro+ is a professional hydroponic sensing unit that supports pH, Conductivity, ORP, and Dissolved Oxygen sensors. It is built to operate continuously in industrial environments, withstand the rigors of hydroponic growing and provide reliable, accurate measurements at all times.  The unit has isolated channels to prevent distorted sensing and can be upgraded with additional sensors for dissolved oxygen and oxidation-reduction potential. The sensors can be easily calibrated and it is recommended to do so once a year or less.

pH and conductivity are essential factors in hydroponic growing because they both play a crucial role in plant growth and nutrient absorption. pH measures the acidity or alkalinity of the nutrient solution and plants have an optimal pH range for growth and to prevent certain diseases. Conductivity measures the total dissolved solids in the nutrient solution and an EC that is too high or too low can lead to nutrient imbalances and poor plant growth.

The HYD-4 Pro+ is designed for hydroponic growers who need accurate measurements and precise control over the growing process. It can be used in conjunction with ctgrow's modular switching units to operate equipment such as nutrient dosage pumps, water pumps, air pumps, electrical valves, and other hydroponic equipment.
